Our agency opened its door as a Real Estate Gallery in the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate known as “Felicidad” in 2003. Our main focus primarily was to deliver a high level of service to all clients, whether the client was on the purchasing side or on the vending side. Catering to the luxury end clientele of the West Coast, we developed a complete service oriented approach to real estate. We saw that it was neccessary to expand our portfolio to cover every area of Property Sales from Family Homes to large Luxury Beachfront Villas, Coutryside Properties, Acreage and Special Projects to name a few.
